On August 8th, Dr. Lobsang Sangay took oath as the first lay prime minister elected by Tibetans in exile. He was vested with full political authority and responsibility in the presence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Lhakpa Kyizom reports on the recent election in exile for a new prime minister and what it means for Tibetans.
