On Sunday, October 3rd, 2010 tens of thousands of Tibetans in exile voted for the primary election of the next Prime Minister (Kalon Tripa). Producer Lhakpa Kyizom rushed back from Delhi to Dharamsala to cast her vote for the very first time in a Tibetan election, and gives her personal experience of the process.
