Tibetan artist Pema Tsepak, 24, and three friends were carrying Tibetan flags and chanting slogans calling for Tibetan independence and about the “No Losar” campaign. He was arrested on January 23rd and beaten for 3 days before he was taken to a hospital, where he died. Lisa Kelly of L.A. Friends of Tibet explains how you can bring attention to this situation by sending a letter with just one click protesting his death and calling for the release of the three other protesters.
